Victorian Government Active Kids Voucher

Last week, the Victorian Government opened a second round of the Get Active Kids Voucher Program.

The program helps eligible families get their kids involved in organised sport and recreation activities by reimbursing the cost of membership and registration fees, uniforms and equipment such as a basketball.

Eligible children may be able to receive up to $200 each.

The voucher applies for expenses incurred between 1 January – 9 July 2021. This would include EDJBA Winter season registration

, VJBL/Rep second registration instalment fee, beginners programs and playing uniforms.

In order to claim the voucher, you must apply between 31 May – 9 July. 

Eligibility:

  • Aged 4 to 18 years
  • A resident in Victoria
  • Named on a valid Australian Government Health Care Card of Pensioner
  • Concession Card (at the time of your application) , and
  • Named on a valid Australian Government Medicare card (at the time of your application)
