Collingwood Basketball Association exists to support our community and provide a development platform for our players and members through our passion for basketball.

Our vision is to be the basketball club of reference in Melbourne’s inner-north for young people who love and want to get involved in the sport.

Collingwood Basketball Association is a not-for-profit community based basketball club which offers young and older players in inner city Melbourne the opportunity to participate in a variety of competitions and programs. The club includes members from many suburbs including: Abbotsford, Alphington, Ascot Vale, Bellfield, Brunswick, Brunswick East, Carlton, Carlton North, Clifton Hill, Coburg, Collingwood, East Melbourne, Fairfield, Fitzroy, Fitzroy North, Footscray, Greensborough, Hawthorn, Heidelberg, Ivanhoe, Kensington, Kew, Melbourne, Mill Park, North Melbourne, Northcote, Pascoe Vale, Parkville, Prahran, Preston, Regent, Reservoir, Richmond, Thomastown and Thornbury.

The club provides opportunities to learn and develop basketball skills in beginner programs, to play in competition on Saturdays as part of the Eastern Districts Junior Basketball Association, and for those who wish to further challenge themselves to play at representative level on Friday nights. Collingwood All Stars also has open age teams in the Melbourne Metropolitan Basketball League, runs an Access All Abilities program for players with a disability, and runs holiday programs during the Easter, July and September holidays.
