Celebrating 50 years of Collingwood Basketball

In 2026, Collingwood Basketball Association celebrates 50 years of basketball, community and connection.

To mark the occasion, we are bringing together current and past players, coaches, officials, volunteers, families, supporters and friends of CBA for our 50th Anniversary Celebration on Sunday 13 September 2026 at Collingwood College.

The celebration will recognise the people and moments that have shaped CBA over the past five decades, while bringing our current community together for a full day of basketball and activities.

Everyone is welcome. Come along, bring your family and friends, reconnect with old teammates and celebrate 50 years of Collingwood Basketball.

A celebration for the whole CBA community

CBA’s 50th anniversary belongs to everyone who has been part of the Association.

If you have played for Collingwood, coached a team, refereed a game, volunteered, served on a committee, supported a family member or cheered from the sidelines, we would like you to be part of the celebration.

Current members and families are also encouraged to attend and learn more about the people, teams and events that helped build the Association they are part of today.

Bring your family and friends and spend the day celebrating Collingwood Basketball.

Help us reconnect with the CBA community

We want to reach as many people from CBA’s past as possible.

If you know a former player, coach, referee, volunteer, administrator or supporter who has been part of Collingwood Basketball during the past 50 years, share the event with them and encourage them to come along.

Sunday 13 September is an opportunity to reconnect, share stories and celebrate the contribution of generations of people to Collingwood Basketball.
