The Collingwood Basketball Association is continuing to strengthen its organisational capability with the recruitment of two new full time roles that will support the delivery of the association’s 2026 – 2029 Strategic Plan, All Stars, One Community.
The vacancies follow the recent appointments of Community Engagement Officer Chol Dut and Basketball & Competitions Manager Darian Hyde and represent the next stage of CBA’s investment in people, systems and community outcomes.
The positions will strengthen the delivery of competitions, participation programs and basketball development across one of Victoria’s largest and most diverse basketball communities.
CBA General Manager Shaun McEachin said the appointments would continue building the capability required to support the association’s growth.
“Our Strategic Plan recognises that delivering great experiences for our members starts with investing in our people.
These roles strengthen our ability to deliver high quality competitions, expand participation opportunities and continue improving the systems and services that support our community.
As basketball continues to grow across Melbourne’s inner north, we are building a team that is passionate about community sport, committed to continuous improvement and focused on creating an environment where everyone can connect, belong and thrive through basketball.
Importantly, we know there is an incredible amount of talent within our own basketball community. We strongly encourage applications from current CBA members, players, coaches, officials and volunteers who are looking to take the next step in their career and help shape the future of our association.”
