Collingwood Basketball Association is seeking passionate and committed coaches and team managers to join our Victorian Junior Basketball League representative program for the 2027 season.
Whether you are an experienced representative coach, an emerging coach looking to develop, or someone who enjoys supporting teams behind the scenes, there is an opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the experience of our athletes.
At CBA, our program is built around developing players, coaches and people in an environment that values accountability, learning, teamwork and continuous improvement. We are looking for team staff who share those values and want to help create positive experiences for every player.
Applications are open for the following voluntary roles:
- Head Coach
- Assistant Coach
- Team Manager
Successful applicants will play an important role in delivering quality training sessions, supporting player development, fostering positive team cultures and representing Collingwood Basketball Association with professionalism throughout the season.
